Samsung Galaxy A2 Core, the new smartphone from the South Korean manufacturer that is part of the Android Go program, exists and the confirmation comes from the newly leaked user manual.
This is Samsung's second Android Go device, after the Galaxy J2 Core launched last year, the first to be part of the Galaxy A series. The device had been at the center of some rumors in recent weeks and a decade ago had been certified by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in the United States.
From the screen visible in the first renderings, which you see at the opening, it was assumed that the smartphone would be officially announced on March 22nd. That hypothesis was clearly denied, however the presentation should not be missing much now, given that Galaxy A2 Core is already present in the section dedicated to the support of the official site of Samsung and indeed the user manual of this new smartphone, identified with the model number SM-A260F, is already online (you can download it at this link).
Last year Galaxy J2 Core, the first Android Go of the South Korean brand, had been asserted with its technical equipment as entry level (including, for example, 1 GB of RAM). Android Go, with attached Go versions of the most popular apps like Assistant, Maps and YouTube, is designed specifically as a lightweight version for the cheapest devices. Unlike the other manufacturers, who use a stock UI on their Android Go devices, Samsung had customized the Galaxy J2 Core interface in its own way. Taking a look at the user manual, available in English, we realize that this will also be the case with the new Galaxy A2 Core, with a customization in line with the old Samsung Experience.
The manual unfortunately does not help us shed light on the launch date of Samsung Galaxy A2 Core, which will obviously be a particularly low-end smartphone.
