Some Samsung Galaxy S10 Have Problems With Android Auto

Samsung Galaxy s10 Android auto problem

Some new owners of the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus are reporting on the US forum of the Korean manufacturer to have a problem with Android Auto.

According to these users, in fact, the new smartphones from Samsung do not work with the infotainment system of the Mountain View giant, which shows strange error messages before it crashes in most cases.

The bug does not seem to follow a specific scheme, as according to some Android Auto does not recognize the Samsung Galaxy S10 already at the first attempt while according to others it initially works well and then crashes.

At the moment there does not seem to be a solution for the bug and neither the re-installation of Android Auto nor a reset to the factory settings would have positive effects.

Samsung has not yet taken a position on this bug, as there is no precise information on its distribution.

And also with regard to the Korean manufacturer, the new One UI interface has introduced a night mode that makes the graphics of the system apps dark, thus allowing you not to strain your eyes and save the battery.

As for Android Auto, Samsung's Night Mode forces the app to use the dark interface even during the day.

According to some users, the night mode also interferes with Google Maps while driving, but this bug could only be limited to a few cases.

The Google team is aware of the problem and stated that a patch "should be implemented in a future version".
